“Educators empower students to succeed”

Diane’s philosophy of education is to enrich, equip, and empower educators with research-based classroom management skills and instructional design techniques that will build a culture of learning.

Diane designs professional development programs that encourage educators to explore proven, practical strategies which teachers can implement immediately in their classrooms. Students are arriving in our nation’s classrooms with a diversity of educational backgrounds, a variety of cognitive abilities, and a wide expanse of learning experiences which requires a customized learning environment. In addition, students are arriving at our schools lacking the social and emotional learning (SEL) skills necessary to succeed. To address these post-pandemic classroom challenges, educators must employ time-tested instructional design approaches to the curriculum, the instruction, and classroom management.
